POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 med. potatoes cooked in skins
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cottage cheese beaten smooth
1/4 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, peel potatoes and slice thin. Melt butter in skillet, add potatoes and onion. Cook over moderate heat, turning occasionally until lightly brown. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Blend together cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, flour. Pour over potatoes. Bake 35 minutes or unitl set. 6 to 8 servings.
