1 c. flour
1 c. mashed potatoes
Milk (enough to make batter smooth)
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil and fry like doughnuts. Serve with syrup or just butter.
