TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans Spanish rice
2 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans or Texas style beans
Grated cheese
White corn chips, crushed

Brown meat in skillet and drain. Return to skillet, adding 1 tablespoon water and taco seasoning. Stir and set aside. Layer ingredients in 9x13 inch baking dish in the following order: rice, beans, meat, chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
