BURRITO CASSEROLE | |
Corn chips or corn tortillas 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 16 oz. can chili beans, drained 1 can tomato soup 1 pkg. dry taco mix 2/3 c. ripe olives, sliced 1 c. sour cream or yogurt 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Break up enough corn chips or tortillas to cover the bottom of a 6 x 9 inch pan. Brown hamburger and onion. Add garlic salt, beans, soup, and taco flavoring. Pour mixture over chips. Top with ripe olives. Mix sour cream/yogurt and cheese and pour on top of hamburger and olives. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving. |
