BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, seasoned to taste
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream, more or less to taste
1 pkg. lg. flour tortilla shells
1 lb. shredded cheese

Brown hamburger and drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Add small amount to hamburger, enough to hold meat together. Stuff tortillas (like a burrito). Place close together in at least 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread remaining soup mixture over burritos and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Very versatile. Try adding picante sauce, taco seasonings, or refried beans to hamburger.
