BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 jar salsa
8 or 10 soft taco shells
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Sour Cream

In bottom of 9 x 13 pan spread salsa. Brown 1 pound hamburger, drain and add taco seasoning and water. Simmer. Fill soft shells with mix, roll up and place cut side down on salsa. Spread more salsa over top. Top this with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 to 375 degrees about 1/2 hour. Can add lettuce, tomato, sour cream to serve.
