CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. orange, chopped
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1 can cranberry sauce
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until slightly jelled. Fold in orange, pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts. Pour into 1-quart mold. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce and garnish with orange slices and pineapple chunks.
