CAROLYN'S CHRISTMAS CRANBERRIES 
12 oz. fresh cranberries, ground
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Boil above ingredients for 5 minutes. In large bowl dissolve 1 large package of cherry Jello in 2 cups of hot water. Add 1 cup undrained crushed pineapple, 1 cup diced celery and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Mix well.

Add cooked cranberries and stir. This makes a nice molded salad. Chill until firm. Serve with salad dressing or mayonnaise.
