POP'S EGG NOG | |
6 eggs, chilled 3/4 c. superfine sugar 1 oz. brandy 1 oz. rum 1 pt. bourbon 1 pt. milk 1 pt. whipping cream Beat egg whites until stiff, then add 1/2 cup of superfine sugar. Beat egg yolks, adding remaining 1/4 cup of superfine sugar. Mix yolks into whites. Add brandy, rum, bourbon, milk, and whipping cream. Top each serving with a dash of nutmeg. |
