1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sm. multi-colored deco. candies
Wooden sticks

Soften cream cheese. Mix all the ingredients. Divide the dough in two and chill for 3-24 hours.

On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough to 1/4 inch thickness and shape it into flowers, heart, bear, shamrock, etc. Place it on a cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Stick the wooden stick in the middle. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
