MARSHA'S OVEN OMELET 
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Monterey Jack, grated
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs

Layer cheeses and chilies in greased 8 x 8 inch pan.

Beat flour, milk and salt and eggs. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 40 to 60 minutes or until set. LET STAND 10 minutes before cutting. Top with heated tomato sauce or taco sauce. Great for brunch.
