SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 lb. Jones Country or Sweet Italian sausage
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced or chopped
1 (16 oz.) bag prepared stuffing
2 c. apple juice or chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten

In a large skillet, saute meat, onion and celery. As meat cooks, break it up with a fork. When meat is done, do not pour off drippings. Add to stuffing mix, liquid and eggs along with skillet contents. Blend thoroughly and stuff bird loosely. Makes enough to stuff a 14 to 16 pound turkey.

It can be cooked in a 3 quart casserole dish or 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan if preferred. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, uncover for the last 15 minutes.
