1/2 lb. butter 1 lb. sugar 6 eggs (separated) 2 lemons (juice) 1/2 whole nutmeg, grated 1/2 glass cream 1 unbaked pie shell Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, milk and nutmeg. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in. Bake in slow oven. Small can evaporated milk may be used or about same amount of half and half. |
