SWEET POTATO CUSTARD 
4 c. boiled, strained sweet potatoes
2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into uncooked pie shells. Sprinkle top with finely chopped nuts. Bake in moderate oven until done. Makes three 9 inch pies.
