FRENCH MARKET SOUP 
2 c. French Market Bean Mix
3 qts. water
Meaty ham bone
2 onions, chopped
28 oz. tomatoes (plain/stewed)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 c. minced parsley

Wash beans and put in a heavy pot. Cover with water and soak overnight. Drain. Add 3 quarts water, ham bone, salt and pepper. Simmer covered 2 1/2 hours.
