CRACKLING BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. milk
1 c. cracklings (crisp pork rinds, cracked)
1 egg

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased pan. A heavy cast iron skillet or pan is best for baking cornbread. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
