DELICIOUS BRISKET 
4 lbs. beef brisket
4 tbsp. brown sugar
12 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
4 tbsp. soy sauce (Kikkoman's)
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Start preparations early in the day. Brisket will be ready to serve the following day.) Mix sugar, juice, soy sauce and soup mix. Pour over meat. Seal roasting pan tightly with foil. Refrigerate. In evening, bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, turn off oven. Do not open oven door. The next morning slice meat, cross grain, return to sauce and refrigerate. Before serving, heat covered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
