B-B-Q BRISKET 
1 1/2 oz. liquid smoke
Sprinkle of each: celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt or minced onion

SAUCE:

1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 onion, chopped
3 1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke
2 tbsp. vinegar and butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix marinade and pour over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day pour off marinade, put in oven-proof dish and pour Worcestershire sauce over brisket and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours.

Mix all ingredients for the sauce and heat thoroughly.

Slice brisket and serve with sauce. Brisket can be sliced and covered with sauce and reheated. 8 servings.
