BRISKET 
8 lb. brisket
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. cracked whole pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. mixed spices
1/2 c. liquid smoke
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
Garlic
Oil

Make marinade of the ingredients and pour over brisket. Let stand, turning occasionally, until you are ready to bake (may stand up to a week). Bake at 275 degrees for about 5 hours. Baste occasionally with marinade.
