BAR-B-QUE BRISKET | |
3 oz. liquid smoke 2-3 oz. Worcestershire sauce Garlic salt and garlic powder (to taste) Onion salt and onion powder (to taste) 4-5 lb. brisket Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce Mix first four ingredients in a marinade sauce. Wrap brisket in foil, and marinate in marinade sauce overnight in refrigerator. Bake 275 degrees for 5 hours. Pour off liquid, cover with Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce (or your own favorite) and cook 1 hour more at 275 degrees uncovered. Slice thin, serve warm or cold for sandwiches. Good when served warm with crowder peas. |
