MARCY'S BRISKET 
4 to 6 lbs. brisket
6 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. seasoning salt
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 bottle liquid smoke
1 c. cranberry juice (or anything tart)

Mix all. Spread over meat. Marinate at least overnight. Drain. Bake at 300 degrees. 1 hour per pound. Slice thin. Use barbecue sauce or juice to make gravy.
