BOAZ RANCH BRISKET 
Marinate brisket overnight in the following:

3 oz. liquid smoke
Adolph's meat tenderizer
Seasoned salt
Pepper
1 c. wine

To cook place brisket in large roasting pan lined with foil so it can be sealed to cook. To the marinade add the following:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 oz. bourbon
Worcestershire sauce

Pour over brisket, seal in foil and bake 4 to 5 hours at 325 degrees. Remove foil from top of brisket during the last hour of cooking. If you want the top crusty, also increase temperature.
