3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 lbs. Phil. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
10 oz. melted chocolate

CRUST:

1 pkg. famous chocolate wafers by Nabisco
2 tbsp. sugar
3 oz. melted butter

In a food processor crush cookies with sugar. Add butter. Line a 10 x 3 inch spring form pan. Mix eggs with sugar in mixer. Slowly add cheese then sour cream and chocolate. Pour into spring form and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Thoroughly cool and remove ring before refrigerating.
