CHOCOLATE RUM PIE 
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 sq. bitter sweet chocolate

Melt together in double boiler. Add to chocolate mix:

2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 tbsp. rum (cool mix first)

Beat 2 egg whites. Beat 1/2 pint whipping cream. Fold into chocolate mixture; turn into crust. Refrigerate.

CRUST:

24 Nabisco chocolate wafer thins
1/4 c. butter, melted

Add wafer thins into butter; pack into pie plate. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over cook crust. (Do not cook chocolate mix in pie, only bake crust. Chocolate mix is refrigerated in pie shell until firm.)
