DEVILED SHORT RIBS 
3 lb. short ribs
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
Pepper
1 sm. onion
2/3 c. water

Mix ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate several hours turning once or twice. Drain. Save marinade. In preheated 425 degree oven, put ribs into roasting pan. Bake 30 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Add marinade. Cover and bake until tender, about 1-1 1/2 hours. Uncover until fat on ribs is crisp.
