SHORT CUT LASAGNA 
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can whole tomatoes (12 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
2 cans vegetable cocktail juice (12 oz.)
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 carton cottage cheese (12 oz.)
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (2 c.)

Brown meat add tomatoes and sauces. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with oil and thin layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and sauce. Repeat until everything is used up - ending with meat sauce. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
