2 (8 inch) round cake pans
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 sm. onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
12 oz. tomato paste and water (enough to make sauce)
Flat taco shells or burrito

Brown turkey - add other ingredients and water. Simmer a few minutes. Put layer of sauce in cake pans, taco shells - 2 per layer. Layer sauce - (turkey). Add Colby cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-2 minutes.

Top with: Sour cream, olives, tomatoes, taco sauce or whatever you wish.
