2 cans celery soup
1 c. milk
3/4 c. whipping cream, not whipped
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Dash of salt and pepper to taste

Add broccoli and onion to above liquids and cook until broccoli is tender. Garnish with chives. Serves 6.
