6 chopped hard boiled eggs
2 lb. zucchini, cut up
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 bunch celery, cut up
1 bunch green onions, cut up
1/2 jar chicken granules
1 1/2 up. water
1 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. FRANK'S® Red Hot sauce
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Swiss cheese
6 pints (12 cups) whipping cream
Parmesan cheese (optional)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Cook first 7 ingredients until soft. Add remaining 9 ingredients and bring to a boil to melt cheese. Let simmer 30 minutes.
