1 box chocolate, pineapple or white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, combine cake mix, butter and nuts into a crumbly mixture. Mix 2 eggs and 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over crumbs mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes - Yum!
