FUDGE CAKE WITH FUDGE ICING 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and sugar in a large bowl. Combine butter, cocoa and water in a saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil. Pour over sugar mixture, stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 11 x 16 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine butter, cocoa and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Spread on hot cake.
