GRANDMA'S BROCCOLI AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, drained
1 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion
1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded or sm. cubes

Lightly cook onions in butter; add in soup, milk and half the cheese. Mix in broccoli and rice. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
