2 lbs. hamburger
2 packets Lipton onion soup mix
Mixture of flour & water (for thickening)
Mashed potatoes
Cheese, grated

Brown hamburger, add onion soup mix. Place in casserole. Top with mashed potatoes that has been seasoned with butter, salt, pepper and milk. Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted and browned.
