SHEPHERDS PIE | |
Boil some potatoes to be mashed or use leftover mashed potatoes. Brown 1 pound hamburger and season with salt, pepper and onion powder. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons flour over the meat and add some potato water to make gravy. Cook a few minutes. Top with mashed potatoes and top with dots of butter. Broil until golden. This recipe reheats well in a microwave oven. |
