VEAL WITH LEMON WINE SAUCE | |
4 to 6 veal cutlets 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. white wine 1 stick butter 8 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms Dredge cutlets in flour and garlic powder mixture. Saute in butter, remove to baking dish. Add lemon juice, wine and mushrooms to pan, and saute for 5 minutes. Pour over veal, cover pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove to serving dish and serve with rice or noodles. |
