VEAL WITH LEMON WINE SAUCE 
4 to 6 veal cutlets
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
1 stick butter
8 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms

Dredge cutlets in flour and garlic powder mixture. Saute in butter, remove to baking dish. Add lemon juice, wine and mushrooms to pan, and saute for 5 minutes. Pour over veal, cover pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove to serving dish and serve with rice or noodles.

This recipe was absolutely delicious. I had to make some alterations since we're in the process of moving and had no garlic powder or baking dish. So I used garlic salt, and instead of baking dish, put the veal in the pan with the sauteed mushrooms, covered and simmered for 25 minutes. I also added a couple of tsps of the seasoned flour to thicken the sauce slightly.
