EASY APPLE DUMPLINGS 
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 can of 10 buttermilk biscuits
Sliced tart apples

Put first 3 ingredients in 9"x13" pan. Put in 325 degree oven while preparing dumplings. Roll each biscuit to about size of a saucer. Hold in palm of hand. Fill with sliced apples. Pinch together. Set in hot liquid. Dot with b utter. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Bake until done. Approximately 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can add more water if necessary. Serves 10.
