OREO DELIGHT 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter (melted)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 carton (lg.) Cool Whip
1 3/4 c. milk

Crush all but 15 of the Oreo cookies and combine with butter. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, cool.

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour over crust. Top with 1/2 cup of the pecans and the 15 reserved crushed Oreo's.

Mix pudding and milk. Pour over cookies. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
