OREO COOKIE DELIGHT 
Crumb 1 pound Oreo cookies; add 1 stick of melted butter and press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

Cream together 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. After creamed, add 6 ounce Cool Whip and stir until all is mixed well. Spread on top of crust. Mix together 6 ounce instant chocolate pudding and 2 1/2 cups milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
