POLISH SAUSAGE & POTATOES 
1 (3 lb.) pkg. skinless smoked sausage
2 lg. green peppers
1 lg. onion
5-6 lg. potatoes

Chop sausage, onion and pepper into electric skillet, add enough water to keep from sticking.

Peel potatoes and chop up, add potatoes and simmer until potatoes and other vegetables are tender.

I season with meat seasoning salt and table salt to taste.

Makes 1 meal and one pan to wash.
