POLISH SAUSAGE AND POTATO BAKE 
1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in hunks
5 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
Season with salt and pepper

Layer in baking dish, potatoes, sausage, and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees.
