ICE CREAM OREO DELIGHT 
25 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 gallon chocolate chip mint ice cream, softened, green in color
2 squares chocolate, baking
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. Cool Whip

Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze. Add 1/2 gallon softened chocolate chip mint ice cream; spread on top of cookies. Freeze.

Mix 2 squares chocolate, butter, sugar, and milk; bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes; cool slightly. Put on top of ice cream. Freeze. Add Cool Whip on chocolate. Freeze. Top with shavings of milk chocolate or mint leaves.
