1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 garlic clove
1 pkg. spaghetti
1/2 c. Velveeta or Cheez Whiz

Brown hamburger meat lightly and onion. In 2 tablespoons oil add soups and water, clove; blend. Cook spaghetti. Blend all the above plus cheese in 3 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
