CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. rice
1 chopped onion

Place shredded cabbage in a greased baking dish. Brown ground beef with onion. Stir in rice. Put meat mixture on cabbage. Cover with soup and one can of water. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven until the cabbage is tender.
