CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE | |
butter Cabbage 2 lb. ground beef 2/3 c. rice, uncooked (not Minute Rice) 2 cans tomato soup 2 cans water Grease large oblong glass dish (do not use aluminum). Slice layer of cabbage on bottom. Brown and drain ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Mix rice and beef, pour over cabbage. Add soup and water and cover. bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
