CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 pounds hamburger, browned with 1 chopped onion and seasonings (salt and pepper to taste). Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter. Layer chopped cabbage, 1 medium head browned hamburger and onion, 1/2 cup uncooked rice, and chopped cabbage.

Last layer: Browned hamburger and onion. Pour over 2 cans tomato soup and 1 can water. (Tomato sauce can be used instead of soup.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered.
