WILD RICE CRAB SALAD 
1 c. wild rice (brown or black)
2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. ripe olives
1 pkg. crabmeat (or more)
1 1/2 c. frozen peas
1 c. celery
6 green onion tops
Water chestnuts, optional

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 c. orange juice
1/4-1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Mix dressing and pour over remaining ingredients.
