WILD RICE SALAD 
2 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
2 1/2 c. brown rice
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) mandarin orange, drained
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine ingredients gently. Serves 12.
