CARAWAY NOODLES 
1 c. cooked medium egg noodles (cooked without salt or fat)
1/3 c. evaporated skimmed milk
1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter, melted
1 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine egg noodles, milk, and Chablis in a medium saucepan; toss well. Add parsley, butter, caraway seeds, and salt; toss well to combine.

Place over medium low heat and cook just until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 servings (138 calories per 1/2 cup serving).
