CARAWAY CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lb. meaty chicken pieces (breast thighs of drum), skinned
Nonstick spray coating
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 tsp. caraway seeds, slightly crushed
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. skim milk

Rinse chicken, pat dry. Spray a large skillet with non-stick spray coating. Preheat over medium heat. Add chicken and brown evenly. Add the water, green onions, caraway seeds, bouillon granules and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from skillet, keep warm. Stir together milk until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Serve over noodles and chicken.
