SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
7 oz. pkg. spaghetti
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Salt & pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green onions
1 tbsp. minced green pepper

Cook spaghetti.

Cook and drain ground beef in butter. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper. Remove from heat.

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onion and pepper.

In 2 quart casserole, spread half spaghetti. Cover with cheese mix. Add rest of spaghetti. Pour 1 tablespoon of melted butter over the spaghetti.

Spread tomato sauce and meat mixture on top. Chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
